That is my rendering i had done when i was designing it. There was supposed to be a guy in CA fabricating it but that has fallen through so i am looking to a fabricator in FL.....:cheers: Is that the one you were thinking about?

Thanks to [MENTION=115003]Be_Original[/MENTION] I finally replaced two of my cladding pieces that had a bad gash across them. Luckily i have a buddy at a body shop that was willing to help out. Since he had done it a thousand time it only took him 10 minutes.
This is the new panels before treating them. You can see they have some tiger striping due to their age.
This is after treating them with some Shine Supply Trim Shield.
I am very happy to have decent panels again.

My wife and kids wanted to get me something special for Father's Day/Birthday so luckily there was a group buy going on for the Demello Offroad Bumper. It only took about two weeks to receive the shipping.
I took it home and started sanding and prepping it for paint.
Had to add another hole to mount the PIAA 5370 Black LED Fog Lamp Kit.
Perfect fit
Took the night off to start celebrating my Birthday early.
Wednesday I started early wiping it all down and painting it with VHT Epoxy paint. I had heard some great reviews from some other guys so i figured i would give it a shot.
My neighbors didn't know what the hell was going on in my garage with all the plastic hanging in there.
Let it cure for about a day and a half. Turned out really good
Ready to mount. Took 4x longer to remove the old bumper, clips and knock out the old studs than to install the DO.
All done.
I got the fender liners trimmed out and the washer fluid bottle trimmed/plasti dipped. All the wiring has been done. I just need to decide on which winch i am going with and if i am going to put a light bar or dual round lights on top.
I am really pleased with the look. It is amazing how that one addition completely changed the look of the truck.

that epoxy paint is the chit! i use it on all my frame and chassis parts as well as any armor i need touched up! it is very durable and is easy to work with and gives a nice finish for a rattle can. i buy the stuff by the case all most lol. -btw i have always loved your 4th gen(even if it is only 2wd).

so whats the story on that tire carrier hes got. is it one of those homebrew ones that just bolt to the frame where the v8 hitch mounts? i love it and would love to know where he got the parts and any info/drawings hes got if they exist.

I measured the fender height before installing the bumper but haven't checked it since. Just from looking at the stance it barely made a difference. The fact that Demello is one of the lightest bumpers on the market was one of the deciding factors.

He had somebody fabricate it for him. I think it was originally going to bolt on in those locations you mentioned but he ended up having it welded on
