Took the family to Florida for spring break. I had wanted to get out and take some better shots but was tied up all week.

Hoping to get out soon to take better shots of mods

Before leaving for Florida i installed a super slim 13” light bar on one of my swingouts for more reverse lighting. It will eventually be wired where i can turn it on at will but for now it just comes on when in reverse. Very pleased with the output.

:rofl:.....it is a love/hate relationship with these tires. I swear they will not wear down, which is a good thing......i guess. I don't know the exact mileage on them but it is over 40k and they are really only about half worn down. That is pretty impressive but i really want some new tires. Every time I see a truck with BFG's they are the KO2's. I must one of the last people on earth to have the original KO's.....lol

A buddy of mine got a set of KO2's right when they came out. He only has around 22k on them and they are almost worn out. Difference in compound.

I am really wanting the Falken Wildpeak AT3W. There are a couple others I have been considering but the Falkens are in the lead.

Also before the Florida trip i rotated my tires and gave the wheels a good couple coats of CQuartz Dlux ceramic wheel coating

First time using it. A detailer buddy in FL had recommended it. Seemed to go on/come off easy. The pollen has been so bad that I have only been using Eco Shine in the garage to wash it, so i haven't really been able to see how well it repels doing a full wash......damn pollen!!! I know the GYEON RIM is really good as well. How do you like it?

so far its been amazing. Went on thick and gel like and has protected amazingly.

I use GYEON MOHS on the paint and that too has been impressive.

I haven't ceramic coated my truck yet. I did get some of the Shine Supply Cherry before Christmas but haven't had a chance to use it yet because of my surgery and having to travel to clean out my father's house. Once all that was over then pollen was kicking in.....black vehicle/pollen....no bueno!!

I was just thinking the same thing. I remember scouring this build thread looking for ideas for mine!

To join in on the ceramic coating discussion, I used Gtechniq C5 on my Methods about a year ago and it's still holding up great.

I'm still leafing through your gigantic build thread but I did want to mention that I noticed your original wheels you had in the first post were the exact ones I wanted throughout college in the 20" size for my 3rd gen hehe. Those and the TE37 style. As you can see, you know what I ended up with. Beautiful truck though. Hopefully I can get all that armor some day to wheel with the big boys like you guys.

I can't recall having any alignment issues. I really can't remember if I had my SPC UCA's before I put those springs on or not. I have since switched to Camburg UCA's because I don't trust the SPC's

Why don't you trust the SPC's? (I have them so I probably don't want to know)

Why don't you trust the SPC's? (I have them so I probably don't want to know)

I had just seen a bunch of failures in the SPC a few years ago. I was just being proactive. I think they have those issues all worked out now.
