Wow, I’ve been off the forums for a while momo and missed some of your recent updates. I always liked and kept up with your rig, one of the more tastefully modded ones on this forum. The color matched cladding really took your rig to the next level. I know you had mentioned it a bunch of times over the years and glad you finally got around to it, it looks amazing. The attention to detail is what really makes your rig stand out to me. Good job and the rig looks great as always!

HAHAHAHAHA.......i can't kill these tires. I have been racking up some miles this summer which is helping but not just yet. My son is wanting me to either powder coat my wheels black or to buy black wheels. I am not sure about it. I kind of like the polished but wouldn't mind something different. I had thought about a dark bronze

You have seen me say it a 1000 times. Plasti dip them, then paint on top of dip, you can try different colors. I did this a few times till i found the color i like. I'm with you, the black on black isn't my thing either. Gunmetal would look good, bronze possibly. Your polished is fantastic though.

I wanted to try the new Bronze PD but my wheels have a ceramic coating on them so the PD wouldn't stick very well.
Actually the twins are one boy/one girl. best of both worlds
I have those feelings too especially when its parked next to my friends 2016 limited. Other days I feel great about it, even when my girls 2016 SR5 is next to it only because its gray and stock height. My friends is blizzard white and those are just too hard to find in 4th gen flavor. And it makes my front end look dated.

Were these cladding or just the trim pieces off the normal body? Do you know what year this came off of?

They were the cladding/trim pieces off a Silver 2004 that had been rolled over.

The other day/night it had been pouring. My son and I were on the way home from his basketball practice. Going down the highway, passing through an intersection i have gone through a thousand times it was really dark and a lot of standing water. Because of those two factors I did not realize I was as close to the median as I was. I ended up tagging the curb on the median blowing out my front left tire, putting about a 3' gash in my rear left tire and damaging the rear wheel. I knew the tires were pretty worn but I was hoping to get to the summer before replacing them. I guess it will be happening sooner. I will need to have those two wheels checked to make sure they are not warped and so see if the one wheel can be repaired. It might be time for another set of wheels as well. Still pisses me off.
