Nice man, im a bit surprised you havent had trouble with the law about your tail lights though.

Which bug deflector do you have?

No issues around here with tinted tails (or any jtint for that matter)... as long as you can see light through them. (I even got pulled over in my Mazda with a terribly botched niteshades job that you couldn't hardly see during the day and the cop didn't say anything about the tails or the 15% window tint). and on top of that i actually just took it off cause i decided i didn't like the look too much anyways. And the bug deflector, not a d@mn clue... i think its from the factory. if you really want i could see if my mom remembers, but as far as i know its been on for the life of the Runner.

and as for lift i have none yet... i'm actually a little saggy about 1.5" in the front and 2" in the rear. Also the tire size should've been in the first post but they are 265/75/16 Duratracs. PHENOMINAL TIRES!!!

Lol i see. Try to see what brand it is, im looking into getting one. But the newer AVS II series is flat across the bottom and looks a bit fat and oblong, i would rather get one with angles.

Ya i was looking at it today and it is definitely toyota. it has a toyota emblem engraved on one side and it has TOYOTA on the other corner.

You're telling me!!! I've had the tundra coils for a few months and the LX coils for about 3-4 weeks. i'm just waiting on the cash to drop on some shocks...

AFTER I do the tundra brake upgrade of course... I have a 20% off (NO LIMIT) on brake parts coupon for pep boys that's definitely burning a hole in my pocket!

DRUMROLL PLEASE!!!

Finally got my moolah from the last three weeks of my summer job and i just happen to have that 20% brake parts from pepboys so here's some cans and boxes!!! I'll get the good pictures up tomorrow evening after its all said and done!



hopefully all goes well! i'm soooo stoked!
 
Tundras are on!!!

Ok, everything is in and working beautifully! only got snagged up on the passenger side caliper bolts...

I know we've all seen the tundra threads so i'll keep it simple.

Hey so I see you like those duratrac tires, I really like the way they look! Makes me want to ditch my TRD wheels and throw my stocks back on and plasti dip them with those tires...what did you pay for those tires and what are some cons to them, like are they noisy on the highway, or did they effect the mpg alot?

Well the mileage isn't an issue for me (i only went to a 265/75/16) and i do have a bit of a lead foot, i can still push out 20 mpg if i drive nice. Noise wise I am thoroughly impressed, the duratracs are quieter than the AT/H (all terrain/ highway) tires my mom just put on her '05 Tundra. I'd say ditch the trd's either way... never really been a fan of them personally. :lol: Cost wise they are a little pricey but well worth it. I spent about $975 on mine, but that was the tires, install, lifetime rotations, ect. (the whole shebang)
