OK...This was sent to from a SE Toyota dealer for the mudflaps for Limited/SR5 .Thanks goes to forum member SR54RUNNER10 for those that need them :thumb3:

You will have to verify at you local dealership parts counter but according to this they do exist now. They might be SE Toyota only and then would have to be ordered thru them.

If you want a copy of the pdf.img of it to print for yourself, just pm me your e-mail asking for it.Here is a pic of the print .

The last 5 digits of the part numbers are the drawing numbers ,chapter or next higher assembly number. You will have to print this pdf and take it to the toyota parts dept. and ask them what the last 5 are. Then when someone finds them out ,they can post up and share.Or if someone has access to the Toyota EPC.

Not sure what the "D","G" and "E" letters are after these 5 digit numbers but I've seen it alot.Probably the revision because they are usually A thru Z and always the first few letters of the alphabet.

In a word, aerodynamics! Those flaps are supposed to help with air flow around the tires (or something to that effect) at highway speeds. My current ride - '09 RAV4 has them mounted in front of both the front and rear tires.

2010 compatible mudflaps-worked for me

I just brought pro-fit #7 mudflaps and put them on the front on my SR-5. some thread said you needed to heat them up first before putting on by they works just fine without the heat. They cost me $30 for the set. These are sold at autozone and jcwhitney. I also have chrome and rubber running boards which are Toyota brand Which I got off eBay.

I emailed the pdf and the part numbers to Keven at **** Dyer Toyota, the SE dealer that I bought my running boards from. For everyone's benefit, here is his response. I am going to order them and will let you know how it turns out. His email address is attached if anyone else wants to speak with him about them.

Ken,

I thought the factory mudguards would not fit with the running boards but I found out today that is not the case.

They checked with the accessory dept. & came back that it would fit. That being said they list for $177.98 your cost is 142.38 plus a little freight.

Thanks,

Kevin

I ordered the mudflaps today for my Limited at my non-SE Toyota dealer. He brought up the diagram as was posted here and clicked on the numbers and ordered. About $143. He did not order the screws since he believes the ones that are already there will work. We'll see! Also, when they arrive, I will see whether I want them to stay black or have them painted the color of my T4R. I have the SE running boards so need to see how all looks together to see if will paint or leave black. I'll let you know my thoughts when they come in.

I see a huge sale in some Toyota dealers future if somebody could just post part numbers or phone numbers of the dealer that can get these darn mud flaps. Seems to me that 50% of SR5 owners are ready to buy these things.

OK! Here they are. I assume the same for SR5 as my Limited.

The rear ones cost a little more than the fronts, as best I can remember. I talked to my dealer today and he said mine will be in tomorrow (ordered Monday, but not available at the Midwest distribution point so coming from California).

Are these OEM flaps, the "no holes to drill" type ?

Yes, they are Toyota mudflaps according to what they told me (designed for the 2010 T4R Limited and SR5). They believe that the fasteners that are already on the vehicle can be removed and reused to attach the flaps. If not, they will order the screws shown in the diagram presented earlier in this thread. We'll see! I hope they fit like a glove and look like they were designed specifically for the Limited and SR5. They should!!

Not the Right Mud Flaps.

Called Toyota in new york about these Mud Flap #'s and was told they where correct and that he had 2 sets coming in and to call back in a day or two. I called back today to see if they had the mud guards. He told me that he got them in but he would have to check with Toyota because these are not the Flaps we want. I was told these #'s are like little splash shields ( Flat and about 4"x4") and not the moulded type Mud Flaps! He said he put them on one of the trucks he had there and they looked terrible. Oh Well back to square one!

2010 4Runner SR5 Magnetic Grey.

Really, that's what he said. Well I just picked mine up at the dealer and while yes, the front splash guards are on the smaller side, they fit like a glove and seem they will provide perfect protection to the lower portion of front doors. The rear flaps are almost as large as the ones on my Tundra. Unless you want an 18 wheeler look with chrome girl cut out or "back off" on them they are factory fit and look good. I will post pics soon, digital camera battery is dead.
