Yep, that hump is definitely the problem.

Yep, that hump is definitely the problem.
I found a Honda Passport/Isuzu Rodeo and took the flat style rear mud flaps off, cut off some excess that sticks inside of the wheel well and screwed them on with the factory flare mounting screws. Looks a lot like the Tacoma front mud flaps, fits, very minor modification and paid less than $10 at LKQ. No pics now but I can get one if I remember to.
