Received my mirrors today and it looks like you can change the leds with some work they look like they are in a plastic holder and glued onto the glass I have pictures sorry they arent the best

If you try to change, it's at your own risk of course, : ) I don't know what will happen if they are removed.

I was waiting to Jason to speak up..."Warranty voided, warranty voided". Too funny.

This goes without saying with just about anything. If one attempt to modify a product or use it in a manner other than what it was designed, the warranty is no longer valid. This was the reason for requesting the pics, to see exactly what I would be up against. By the way, Thanks Steve 5300 for the pictures!

I just wanted to see if it was possible with a minimal amount of work and destruction. It looks like it may be possible, but this would be a rather expensive trial and error project. So unless I find a cheap pair for experimental purposes, I don't think that I will be attempting this anytime soon.

fyi muth will make these signal mirrors w/amber leds-all you have to do is tell them that you want amber when you order them-problem is that as far as i know the only way to do this is by ordering from them direct,and pay full price--at least they don't charge extra for doing it--i was thinking of ordering them if i do i will post pics.

Well, maybe this if from me bugging them over the years to offer both. I now have them and can do the orange at the sale price and no additional charge!

I am happy to hear that orange leds are now available. I would very much be interested in these. However, I am now focused on fixing the scratches on my bumper and fenders left by some inconsiderate driver.

I'll pick a set up when the $$ rolls in, from the lottery or a bonus (which I am led to believe carry the same odds).
