History: I picked up this 4Runner in November. I used to have a black 03 4Runner but it got totaled before I could do anything to it.

Cool. Gaterose's rig is much different than mine. He can offroad pretty much anywhere he wants. He has a very sweet rig :hail:.......... Me? Not so much...............

True, but my main plan for this is basically if Toyota redesigned this today after seeing the rigs on this forum, what they would do. Basically like a TRD Pro for the 4th Gen or an UrbanRunner lol

im following a thread on hidp about the brackets for your retrofit, did you also have the person to do a custom cutoff shield, it does allow a bit more light compare to just dropping in the clear lens. wish i had that option before i jb weld everything back together. nice choice on the projectors, but why didnt you choose the non afs version, they all tell me thats its bolt on.

Yeah we are trying to work on a retrofit quick for the 06-09 headlights. I got the AFS for a great deal and couldn't pass up on them. I am actually having them tuned with the E30 lens for added color. I believe the non afs version is drop in, but from what I have heard is if tuned properly the AFS is amazing. Eventually I am going to try to do LS460 bixenon. :dance::dance:

Quick question for those that have done the HVAC led swap, I keep seeing that many people use NEO-3 but continue to say that you have to file the ends of the holder and what not.
