I saw that yesterday in an article covering new gadgets for this year... I just wonder how long before someone figures out how to break into it.

Regarding GPS tracking device, you can get one from a car electronic store.

Hardwire and hide an older iPhone in the 4R (maybe in the antman compartment), then just 'find my iPhone'

Funny enough, I have considered that after this incident. Just as another layer.

This company was featured in Off Road Magazine Sept. 2012, I am going to pick one up for my 1984 Toyota Straight Axle Pickup. I restored it from bumper to bumper including sand blasting the axle tubes and fully rebuilding them with ARB air-lockers.
