Okay my new 2016 TE with KDSS should arrive any day now. I already own the TRD black wheels and a new set of Cooper Discover S/T MAXX 275/70R17 and weather techs on my 15 TE non KDSS that I will transfer over. I have some mods preordered for install upon delivery. So here is the plan below....
TRD pro 2.5 Shocks(preordered)
Gobi Stealth rack and ladder(preordered)
Rigid Industries 40" light-bar Midnight edition (preordered)
TRD Pro Grill(preordered)
That's phase 1 that will be installed before driving off lot( Will post before and after photos immediately)
Shrockworks rock sliders
Budbuilt front skid for KDSS (since TRD does not have)
ARB Safari Snorkel(as soon as available.... Hopefully summer before FJ summit)
ARB Diff breather mod
CBI rear bumper(no tire swing out)
Rigid industries midnight edition fog light change
That's phase 2
Southern style speed slimline hybrid front bumper
Warn Zeon 8s winch with wireless control
Will be phase 3
Thoughts comments? Does anyone have KDSS and TRD pro shock combo?

Ha! My build thread on another forum has a generic auto carrier ship as a placeholder for my first 4Runner photo. At least yours is a little closer to delivery!
