If the shop that did the alignment has another store you can visit you should try that. The warranty on the alignment should be honored at any store in the company. Goodyear did mine once and on the alignment report it listed my truck as a much older model year that it actually was so it was aligned to the wrong specs.

Another store, another alignment machine, another tech. If the problem still occurs then get them to talk to you about checking the new tires for defects. Maybe just do that out right...before you get too many miles on the new tires.

I had it done at sears, so that will not be a problem, I spoke to the tech about it, he said it was on the border of the specs due to the fact that it is lifted, but I did not change the UCAs, so it is tough to get a correct alignment. He said that it should not be the cause of the vibrations though. Who knows, maybe a different place would disagree, I haven't looked into it too much, I am kind of thinking of just bringing it to a 4x4 shop since they must work on lifted trucks all the time. I will start a new thread on this since I don't want to hijack Okies post anymore.

I got the DS 2.5" kit put on a couple months ago, and I have been wondering if it is worth it to get wheel spacers. Does it enhance the look enough to justify spending the money? Does it enhance anything besides the look?

It was just for looks for me. The pics don't show the overall appearance change as well as seeing in person.
