My Front End Face Lift :)

So my driver headlight got vandalized and kicked in so I've decided that I would re-do my grille and revamp my headlights. I also just bought an electric 10" orbital buffer and waxed/polished the Runner while I wait for my housings to come in. I will post pics of this job and let me know how you guys feel!

Did you mask off the main chrome center and re-paint the rest? It looks great. I need to do the same thing to mine....rock chips have it looking pretty rough.

Yeah, I used painters tape and masked off the main chrome areas and painted the rest with primer, Krylon for plastic flat black, and a clear coat. It came out great and yes I did it because of rock chipping. Figured since it was off, I would revamp it a bit. Thank you!

You'll be surprised how well the buffer with a compound polish will clean up the paint. I did this a couple weeks ago. Took off all flares and the roof rack. Compound polished with the buffer and then sealed and waxed. Brightened it up a few shades. A lot of work, but worth it.
