my most recent HID Projector Retrofit

Hey guys,

I know this isn't a 4Runner, but it's still a Toyota! I finished these headlights this weekend for a customer and was really happy with how they turned out, so I thought I would share with you guys.

FX-R 2.0 Bi-Xenon Projectors
Philips 85122 bulbs
Orbit Shrouds
CCFL Angel Eyes
Tinted DRL's
Painted housings

Thanks for the comments guys! Although it is myself and a friend who perform the retrofits, so I have to split the credit with him. But we both really enjoy doing it, it's actually kind of fun.

Cost for a 3rd Gen, you say? Our labour starts at $250 to perform the retrofit and goes up accordingly with the extra mods chosen. If your seriously interested, shoot me a PM.

Those look great. I am currently in the middle of retrofitting projectors into my OEM headlights. I hope they turn out as good as yours. Will post pics as soon as they are done (probably around Thanksgiving).

Thanks! Judging from your other work on your 4Runner, Im guessing they'll turn out pretty sick! Just tedious and time consuming your first time, but not overly difficult.

Yah it's a special sticker TRS makes, they are made of tin or something?? They have them for sale on the website and I usually request them when I order Bi-Xenon's b/c I think it's always nice to have a small touch of chrome on "blacked out" headlights. It really catches your eye.

I'm ordering parts for my 4Runner retrofit this week. It's gunna be pretty BA!!!
