Anyway. I had just turned the corner and about 50' later we think I had a TIA (mini-stoke), narcolepsy or whatever. Basically I just blacked out. I have no memory of it. I know I did not nod off. I was unconscious till I took out the telephone pole. I would say I hit it at 35mph or more, almost dead center; the pole splintered and had to be replaced.
I loved that vehicle. While we at Precision Toyota we were looking for another one. There was an 08 SR5 on the lot I almost bought but I thought the guy was a little high, and I really did not want a 4x4 and do a paint job. Sorry guys I know you love your 4x4s!
I believe somebody from Pinetop/Lakeside/Show Low AZ was selling the vehicle but couldn't sell it here on T4R or one of the other Toyota forums. I know I've seen the vehicle somewhere but not in Tucson. Hatch Toyota,AZ bought the vehicle, Precision then got it. If they had a key, I could of driven it and checked out the engine and 4x4 before I might of purchased it! But I'm not into 4x4x. Heck, I'm almost thinking about buying a Nissan Altima or a Dodge Charger!. I'm serious too, I want the gas mileage, my wife wants to cargo area.
I got whiplash and a small stabbing wound on my right middle finger. I felt great (unhurt). Actually I felt bad but I wasn't injuried too much or kill anybody.
I called 911. Paramedics, cops and rubberneckers all came out. Paramedics/cops couldn't find nothing wrong with me.
Of course I got ticketed for failure to control the vehicle.
I've already been to my primary physician; I am making appointments for neuro and cardio. It was unnecessary to go to ER.

Funny think I was on my way to Precision Toyota to fix my front brakes; now I get to replace my entire vehicle. Haven't decided whether that's good or bad yet..... I know it's a hassle. but that's the way life is; got a lemon, make lemonade.
