Im located in roseville, just 10 minutes east of sacramento.. Figured this time id keep track of my project and post pics because was never really into it. Ive owned two 97s previously but just recently Picked up a 96 4runner (4x4s only) on 03/30/13 the same day i rolled my 87 first generation 4runner wheeling out at Mormon Emigrant off of highway 50.
out: :happens:
Needed a car asap so got a really good deal on the 96. Found it on craigslist as is and took her home to repair.

Disassembled the whole front end and went and found all parts needed in one day. Inlcuding air bags, windshield, hood, fenders, core support, headlights, grill, power steering pump, radiator, and a/c condenser.
Also needed frame work so called a friend of mine and worked on it for 2 days straight to get it right :becky:
Once all work was done, it was time to start with the Tacoma front end, starting with the tacoma core support.
All together took me about 5 days to get this thing on the road and took it to shop yesterday to get painted and picked her up today.
Picking up a steel bumper and fabtech lift for her this saturday so more pics coming soon. What yall think so far? :gossip:
