I have known many people to name their car, mostly guys, since as far back as I can remember (80's?). Maybe it is a regional thing? How many movie cars have names? Seems like numerous cars at car shows have names.

One of my best friends has a 2004 Silverado that is beat to hell and back and she calls it Black Beauty, drives me nuts when she does that...I can't figure out why and I won't ask her, she is very unpredictable. Most of the guys that work with us are actually scared of her. No joke.
