Mytoy4 Build Thread

Terri you are too sweet! Your white truck is still safe and sound (I'm leaning up on it right now). Garaged every night but still loaded with dog hair! I'm knew that you were so sad to see your truck go but I'm so happy you bought another one. I think I'm going to throw on some new shoes here pretty soon because your new set looks so good and I think the white truck could use some aggressive tread.

FYI everyone compliments me on the truck. I had two compliments just today! I always tell them that I bought it and didn't build it and that it was actually built by some badass girl in Nebraska :)

This one's $900. Toytec has a small promotion going on right now that saves you about $45 too. This is the same one I had on my previous Runner and I really liked it. Also, anticipate needing new UCAs with it too, which will cost me about $400 more.

This is the exact setup i just purchased. Paired it with a set of Camburg UCA's. The lift just got in today (can't wait to go home) but the UCA's wont be in until monday soooo no fun for me over the weekend :(

Don't feel bad. I can't drive mine either. I went to get it plated last week and there was an issue with the title. So now I wait :(

Lookin good! Are you planning on removing the alphabet soup on the side?

You know I haven't given it much thought. I did on my previous one.

Being black and that many years old, I would caution removing the letters. Years of dirt and fine silt behind the letters on my 2008 basically etched them into the paint. A wet sand, cut and buff wasn't enough to remove the outlines. I ended up reinstalling the letters and plasti-dipping.
