I just bought a used 2012LE. When cleaning it up I found this under one of the seats. It might not be a part off this truck but thought I'd ask. It's plastic and looks like something that would go somewhere...

i think that goes in the center console, acts a divider i guess. Theres two slots you can slide it on.

Nah, that's a high-tech Japanese ice scraper. Being that you're in Texas, you'll never need it though.

But, seriously, in my '12 that divider will never stay in place.

ah man, I was JUST looking into my center console and noticed those two slots wondering what if anything went there. No divider provided in my new vehicle purchase unfortunately. to be honest it would be nice to have some sort of order in there. I wonder if I should have one in there or if its worth trying to track down?

So buchaja, the piece's effectiveness is crap?

Not necessarily, mine just tends to fall out of place. Maybe I'm not installing it correctly, it wouldn't be the first time I was dumber than a piece of plastic! :wow:

If you didn't get the divider with a new purchase I would suggest a trip to the dealer. They owe you one.
