NAV Loading Screen

There's been several times (5?) since I've owned my vehicle where I get a "system loading. Do not turn off vehicle" screen with a progress bar immediately after turning on the car. After it finishes loading, all of my POI/map orientation settings reset. My programmed addresses, stored points, etc all remain stored. What gives? This would be nearly impossible to replicate at the dealership...

Any thoughts?

I wonder if there might be a loose connection somewhere???? Try to duplicate it again. Try to just put ignition into acc mode (don't start). IIRC just push the button quickly. Then turn off. Do this a few times.
