What battery could I get that wont die when on accessory for 10 minutes and that isn't gonna break my wallet?

Every battery.
Even a cheap autozone battery, that is rated to start your truck, should be able to power your ACC for a wimpy 10 minutes.
The amount of power required to say, run the radio, vs. the bulk power needed to crank an engine is minuscule... meaning.
Now. The better the battery, the more so... but, if all you want to do is run some accessories (like charge a phone, listen to radio, run some lights) for 10 minutes... any popular model should do that fine.

If you are running accessories, a deep cycle battery is better because they can be totally drained and recharged without hindering the life/performance of the battery. The options I would consider are:
I would also consider an Odyssey battery, but the DieHard Platinum batteries are the exact same batteries for less money, just have a different outer shell.
These batteries aren't cheap though, so I'm not sure how much will "break the bank" for you. My general philosophy is "buy once, cry once"
I have had an Optima YellowTop in a Jeep since 2002 and it is still running strong as ever, well worth the money spent. If I were going to buy a new one today, I would fork over the extra cheese for the DieHard Marine Platinum.
Also, I'm not sure whether you are still running your original OEM Panasonic battery, but those are known for being phenomenal batteries. Unfortunately, you cannot buy them anywhere other than with a brand new Toyota vehicle. I'm at 105,000 miles on the original battery in my 2005 V8 and she starts up every time (yesterday morning it was -16°F and mine didn't even hesitate to start in the cold after sitting outside for 3 days). Maybe you just need to hook your battery up to a trickle charger for a day or two to juice it back up.
Maybe you should consider a dual battery setup? With two batteries, you can completely drain the battery running to your accessories and not worry about your car not starting up afterwards.
I'm not sure what your particular wants/needs are, but I hope this helps.

@glock - LOVE your avatar, I'm an Avs fan myself! As a matter of fact, the "33" part on my username is for the legendary netminder the Avs used to have on the squad!

Break the wallet and get one that will not be a worry on your mind. I have a red top. and i dont ever worry about a thing with it..leave the radio on hrs at a time.

First off I am not Costco cult member and I do not have a membership but their Kirkland brand battery is reviewed as one of the best batteries for the money.

I have also bought DieHards for years with no issues but in general if the CCA is sufficient for the 4R and you are happy with the length of the warranty most batteries will do the job for daily driving.

Whatever you get, put the receipt in a ziplock, and duct-tape it to the side of the battery. My batteries usually die around the the end of warranty, I've gotten some free ones. Sucks to have a battery die, sucks less if you get a free one. I had a battery from Sam's club die just after warranty, apparently they have some kind of gradual end to the warranty, they charged me $17 for the new one. I'll probably go there for my next battery.
My car sits at O'Hare several days at at time, several trips a month, punishing cold. I've run expensive and cheap batteries, doesn't seem to matter.
