Need a part number

My 99 4runner came with the 4-speaker system. Well, I want to upgrade it to six speakers and I want to purchase the adapters that go on the door that hold the tweeters in place.

Anyone know the exact name of that part or the part number?

I'd refer to it as a "(driver side/pass. side) interior side view mirror trim plate" with a speaker housing... the parts/junk yard guy should know what it is... if not, tell him it's the piece of plastic that covers the mirror screws inside next to the a-pillar.
