Need Assistance - Rear Brake Caliper Rubbing New Rotor

I've had a helluva few days and need some help.

2017 SR5 4x4

Cooked a wheel bearing on Driver Rear Axle at ~220k miles, so I told myself that it was time for some TLC which included new Duralast rear axle/hub assemblies on both sides (DLLA137 (DR) and DLLA138 (PR)), new Duralast rotors (71918), and New Duralast Ceramic brake pads (DE606).

Fast forward to initial shake down and everything was fine in the beginning. A couple of miles in, I get a grinding noise. Make it back home, gingerly. Start investigating and my Driver rear caliper is coming into contact with the inside of the brake rotor. It sheered the pad clip off and cooked a new rotor in the process. With the exception of the axles, I have previously utilized the brakes and rotors. The pads appear to be the same design and the rotors as well. The rotors might be slightly thicker, but I havent mic'd it yet. Nor have I checked the Passenger Rear.

Have I missed something? Any guidance?

Update: Utilizing the old rotor with new pads has seemingly eliminated the condition on Driver Rear. I actuated the brake multiple times and never heard or felt grinding. The dust cover did receive a small adjustment as well. I will continue the investigation tomorrow on the Passenger Rear. There are a handful of variables here, but I am leaning towards these new rotors being too thick. I have received out of tolerance parts before, but never for the 4runner.

Good Evening Everyone. I reached a point of sending the 4runner to the local shop where the technicians diagnosed the issue. Both backing plates on the new axles (brake caliper mounting points are integrated into this piece) are bent outward causing both brake calipers to sit closer to the rotor than intended. I have a warranty fight ahead of me once the 4R is street worthy, but Duralast strikes again...
