Need cargo panel mod idea

First thing, this is for a TE, no 3rd row seat, no factory sub-woofer.

I would like to cover the storage areas on the right side cargo area trim panel. This is the one that goes from just above the wheel well all the way to the back and almost to the outer sheet metal. I want to use the space for a high power inverter (1000-1500 watt). I want to keep it hidden for appearance which also means just any-old-thing won't cut it for me. I really want it to look as factory as possible and if not, at least have an after-market professional appearance.

Could I cannibalize a factory sub-woofer box? Anyone know the part # and cost? Any other ideas on what I can do to cover the area.

[EDIT]
Here's a pic of what I want to cover up

I've stared at that opening in my truck for hours trying to come up with something that looks clean, thanks for making a thread!
