Need help in removing broken pc of lug nut

TRD locking lug nut broke near the tip and the wheel can't be removed because of the broken pc. Pls see attached file for the pics.
What would be the best way of removing the broken pc? Is there a specific tool that can be used to remove the broken pc? The broken pc is approximately 2mm thick plus the approx 4mm conical portion for a total of approx 6mm (approx 1/4 inch).

The lug nut most probably broke because of over tightening. The wheel is a TRD Rock Warrior.

You need to post the actual photos in your post, I and I'm sure others aren't going to download a random photo/s from a forum post to our computer/phone and risk a problem!!
