Need help picking the right height setting for my bilsteins.

Depends on your preference, either 3rd or 4th notch. I'd personally use the 4th in order to get rid of the rake. The 3rd notch will leave you with a very similar stance as you currently have, only higher.

I would use 2.5" (4th notch) and good luck with getting enough lift out of the bilsteins to match the 1.5, I'm not sure what other people are reporting with that combo but... I installed 1.5" lift rear coils this weekend and put my stock coils back in up front with the Bilsteins set on the top lift. My front is noticeably lower than the rear now 
I'm just going to deal with it until I can sell my FJ stuff & buy the adjustable toytec ultimate conversion for the front 5100s though.

How is the ride on the top notch? and why did you take the fj coils off?

From your pictures, it doesn't seem to have a large difference between the 2nd and 4th notch. Must be because you removed the FJ Coils.

That's because with 2nd notch I was using FJ Coils springs which provide an extra inch or so of lift. The 4th setting with 4runner coils is slightly higher than 2nd notch & FJ coils but it is noticeable from the pictures. 4th notch with FJ front coils would've probably been level with the more lifted rear.

You may need to get front FJ coils and set the front to the highest notch to level out the vehicle.

The ride isn't much different from stock, a little stiffer but not as stiff as the FJ coils were.
I took the FJ coils off because I want to add the toytec adjustable conversion kit to my 5100s and need to sell the FJ coils to buy the conversion.
I really enjoyed the FJ coils but won't be using them and may as well recoup some money before buying the adjustable coil over conversion. I have lifetime alignment from firestone so paying for alignment isn't an issue.

Also, I haven't browsed a lot of other lifts. The factory coils and highest 5100 setting with 1.5" spacers may be level on some other 4runners. I just wanted to say that the 1.5" coils are still much higher than the front with highest setting on mine.
I thought it would be close to level; I originally planned on the FJ coils with 3rd setting but decided it would be easier to use stock coils & the 4th setting so I could sell my FJ stuff. It came out with much more rake than I intended.

how much for the coils? I think i will try it on the 4th notch with the spacer and see how it looks. If there is alot of rake i may be interested in your coils.

With the front FJ springs and 1.5" rear spacer the vehicle is pretty much level.

Actually, I still have a pretty serious rake with this setup. I'll try to post a more straight-on shot of the side for you, but a smaller rear spacer would make the vehicle more level. I can get some measurements for you as well.

I know its not really recommended, but what about using Toytecs 1/4" topout spacer with the 5100s at the highest setting? This would level things out a little more, just not sure if it would cause any problems.
