Need help with elocker wiring

I have a rear elocker diff installed and am now installing the wiring which I am not familiar with.
I have three wires to splice under the dash on the drivers side. The harness came with description of what to splice to but there are a million wires. Any help with locating the required wires would be great.

Man, I don't know.

I got this one.

I only had to splice a 12v supply, and and screw into a ground.
So easy it's silly. Works like a CHARM!

I wanted one that works with factory RR Locker button. That's why I got more. It's crazy how much wiring the harness consisted of to make that work. Wasn't cheap either.

did you get a factory locker installed from a 4runner or from another toyota vehicle? If so what are the carrier specs and what year is your rig? and v8 or v6?

It's an elocker diff out of a 2nd gen Tacoma. It's V6 with 3.73.
My rig is an 07.
Harness is all installed minus the splicing of the three wires in the photos.
Need to find 12v ignition on wire, rheostat wire, and tail light illumination wire.
Off-road solutions built a great harness and told me what to splice to but I look behind the kick panel and there are hundreds of wires!!
I'm lost.

What's the significance with the tail light illumination? Does that mean the it will ONLY power the e-locker with the tail lamps on? Why couldn't you just use a switched 12V source.

And why the connection to the rheostat? Wouldn't that just be a ground connection??

Rheostat to dim the switch because it's a stock toyota button and tail light to illuminate the button.
It'll act exactly as if it's a stock installed switch and locker direct from factory
