SPACER LIFT: I do not know much about spacer lift or lift in general and I'm looking for that 3'' spacer lift. If I purchased these would these be all that I needed to lift the car up?: LIFT KIT BILLET B FRONT 3" REAR 2" 4-RUNNER 03-11 4WD W/ DIFF DROP | eBay

For your lift question, read the suspension FAQ thread at the top of the 4th gen section. It should answer your questions and give you some info on the different types of lifts and the pro's/con's of each.

I personally would look at either the Daystar 2.5/1.5 or Toytec 3/2 (if you want the full 3" lift). Both have a great reputation. Those ebay spacer kits work I'm sure, but there's quality/name brand stuff out there for similar money. Also, general consensus is that the diff drop isn't required as it does very little to reduce the CV angles.
