need second opinion b4 i buy this 3rd gen

So I currently have a 99 limited with the E locker. 4ed with the push button. Leather . Power seats.
My issues r it needs the timing done, the gas gauge doesn't work, my climate Controlls don't work and I have no rear heat and my clock doesn't work. I'm also loosong pressure in a shock I think.... It has a slight cholo lean to it.

I've put a new radiator in it it has new plugs and all new fluids

I'm torn between keeping it or selling it and buying this

If everything works I'm thinking about just selling and buying this or trading for it.
Let me know what you guys think. And if any one recognizes it or knows who it belonged to let me know

If it drives good doesn't have any obvious faults and perhaps cant make it show you its faults and has fewer miles pull the trigger on that sexy thing. That's a 1000 less then what I paid for my 2000 limited with more miles.

Chicago is a known rust-causing area. Have them send you some pics of the undercarriage or at least the engine bay.

Looks clean. Sounds like you are tired of your rig and want a new project. Pretty decent price, make sure all the electronics work (doors, windows, mirrors, roof, etc.) and be sure to check the frame. Especially the drivers side as it picks up the most salt off the road.
