Need some help with Brakes/Rotors

Did a DIY with the Powerstop Z36 kit 2 years ago.

Ended up being complete crap, rotors warped very quickly, and now rear pads are almost down to the metal.

I want to replace front/rear with oem or oe replacements now

Do i need new hardware or shims? Cant remember what all I replaced with the powerstop kit, and Toyota wants an arm and a leg to do the job.

I believe most aftermarket pads will include new hardware. I just installed Akebono ProACT pads all around and they had the shims, wear sensors, anti-rattle clips. They did not include slide pins or the bushings they ride in.
