You most likely have the 4.10 with the Auto.
There is a vin/axle code thing in the doorjamb but they are notorious for being inaccurate. The only true way to find out what gear ration you have is to pull your 3rd and count the teeth.
There is a shade-tree mechanic way do check it by doing this.
Jack up the rear on one side. Make a mark on your drive shave and a mark on the tire. Spin the tire and count the rotations it takes to make the driveshaft complete one rotation.
So if you spin your tire 4 times and the drive shaft completes 1 rotation you have 4.10.
As for which locker fits, any 8' V6 rear locker will do. 96-00 ( I think 00 was the last year of the rear locker before they switched to Center Diff).

I'm pretty sure auto's had the 4.30 gears. Post up your axle code and we will be able to tell.

if you're talking about a factory elocker, none of them will fit.
not without modifying your housing.

You have an auto with elocker with 4.10 s? I was of the mind auto 3rd gens equipped with elocker were 4.30.

No I have an 01 with CDL, and 4.10. (now I have 4.88 and ARBs
But I think you are right the Auto e-lockers came with 4.30.

it might be easier to just go with an ARB air locker.
so many factors involved with getting elocker to working on a non elocker 4runner.
you have to consider diff ratios as you said, then youd also have to look for a front diff to match
ill just tag what comes to the top of my head.
front diff ratio
retrofit housing
need rear end if you only get the elocker it self
arb air locker is about $1000
consider that into budget while you calculate the time and cost of getting a stock elocker to work.

So which ratio do I have ? Since I have an auto? And I know that I would need to modify my rear in order to fit any kinda of Toyota locker.... Right ?
Your door code says you have the 4.10's. That's what I had stock as well. I swapped out the front diff and the entire rear axel and wired it up for about $750 +/- a few bucks for supplies and no labor cause I did it myself. I got used front and rear 4.30's out of a '97 Limited. If your techinically inclined and want to work on your own rig, it's not horribly difficult. Hardest part is swapping the front diff, that being said...$250-300 difference isn't horrible to have it done if you don't have the techinical skills to get 'er done.
