Need your opinion on this color scheme...

Alright i cant F'n decide if I want flat black or silver!! i LOVE white rigs w/ black wheels but since i have the limited 2-tone would it look better w/ silver??

here's a pic of what she looks like now...and below are the wheels in both colors...thanks!

They're two different wheels. I like the silver ones personally. But that wheel in black might look good too.

I actually like the silver wheels in a black color, because the black wheel will definitely offset the lighter body color and look good/match the dark tinted windows.. ALSO, YOU pretty much know what the silver colored wheel is going to look like because of the OEM ones already on...

I don't really like black wheels with street tires.

nah im getting the bighorns in 285/75/16
and yeah i dont think the silver looks badly...compliments/goes well with the 2-tone but ALSO the black wheels look/mesh well with white rigs w/ tinted windows!! sooo this is where i get stuck on my decision....

and yes Clemson im going with "that style" wheel...im pretty sold on the pro comps..i know american racing has some similiar to these but i like the pro comps better!

yeah ive thought about that too but honestly dont want the trim black. if i was too change it at all (which highly doubt it) then it would be all white...

I don't think it is, looks more like a polished wheel.

I would go all white and the black pro comps. I think having the polished wheels with the white and grey would be too many different things going on.

But ive heard taking off the flares/trim and putting them back on never goes back on as "seemless" as before...F that lol

YEP, Just go with the best/easiest possible solution for that, "Set it, and Forget it" type of improvement. :thumb3:

I'm not a huge fan of black wheels on white trucks...the wheels and tires always seem dirty to me. I do like black wheels on dark trucks though...weird I know. Go to Discounttire.com, they have a similar wheel to both of your options. You can "see the wheel on your car" and it will give you a better idea of what each would look like.

Not sure why....but I like your wheel and tire choice!

I'd go with the Polished Aluminum wheels, (since I've already got them! ha ha!), they clean up nice, and look pretty sweet. They also have good offset on them, so the tires stick out nice pass the fenders! (a plus in my books)

I find black rims on your rig wouldn't be the best setup, i don't mind them on black rigs, or even Silver trucks...but on white...I'd keep them light colored.

Another option, instead of silver and black, would be a Gunmetal Color like my winter set! In fact, the same exact color would look great with your color scheme, as I've seen a few white/silver 4Runners on here with the Gunmetal colored rims.



Honestly, if I were you, I'd bet some spidertrax spacers, paint your wheels gunmetal, and throw on those Bighorns...and call it a day!
