New 4xInnovations Plate Bumper

Finally got mine powder coated, but due to the shop not doing something I requested it will be going back to the shop before installation. I did put the lights in and take a couple photos. Thought you guys might like to see it. Probably be another week or two before it gets installed on the 4Runner.

I still have a few minor things to do, such as getting a Toyota emblem for the new grill and getting the pieces below the head lights painted and installed.

Looks like I'm not the only one who encountered the bolts on the side of the mounting points not aligning..

I emailed him a while back, thanks for reminding me. I think ill call him.

My side bolt holes line up. I just don't have bolts in there right now. Granted my bumper is the first bumper produced and was test fitted and tweaked at the the shop.
 
For those that own this, how much front sag did you experience? I've got 3" spacers over the stock front suspension and I'm planning on leveling my rig. Did y'all have any suspension issues?
 
Mine sagged when I had stock suspension. I don't know how much, maybe 1/2" or so. I also had 160,000 on the 4Runner. I now have Tundra TRD coils and Tundra adjustable Bilsteins up front. I have it on the 1st setting and I have OME coils(890's I think) in the rear. Mine sits pretty level. I would expect yours to sag some with stock coils and spacers. Hope this helps.

I am sure you will like it. Nice looking bumpers and high quality. I just realized I don't a pic of mine in this thread since I lifted the 4runner and added the Safari TSRs.

did you make a bracket for those lower 4 bolts? On mine there was nothing to bolt to and I didn't have the time to make a bracket, so it's only using 4 bolts right now :/ But if I put a bracket piece on i'll have to cut part of the frame or the other bolts won't line up. What did you do in mounting?

Nothing, it bolted right up using 5 bolts on each side of the frame.
