Our company, Aluminess Products, Inc. is introducing a new aluminum front and rear bumper for the 4th generation Toyota 4 Runner. We will offer an introductory 10% off the price of bumper for forum members during the month of November.
Here is the information on the bumpers:
They are all aluminum construction and will come standard powder-coated black. The front bumper with brush guard weighs 70 pounds and is priced at $1,250. The hoops can be ordered as pictured or they can be shaped to lean forward...the tube measures 1.9 inches in diameter, but we can use a smaller diameter tube if you specify at time of order. The front bumper without brushguard weighs 59 pounds and will cost $1,200. We have also designed an optional washer bottle cover for $75 and a skid plate for $75.
The rear bumper weighs 45 pounds without swing arms and is priced at $1,095 The rear bumper with the tire and box swing arm weighs 66 pounds and is priced at $1,895. It comes with the standard open box that will hold 3 jerry cans.
Shipping is additional...we can give you a quote based on your zip code.
Here are the pictures of the front bumper with brushguard…note the design provides clearance between the bumper and the body for full articulation without interference.
This picture shows how the bumper bolts to the frame…we also added a steel reinforcement bracket that bolts onto the frame.
This picture shows the fender flare trim…it is separate from the bumper to prevent bumper interference with the body.
