So, how does he benefit from taking a loss on what he has for sale? If you really wanted to advertise a new deal, the smart way would be to just start a new thread instead of trolling the sellers thread and forcing him to drive his price down.

I would understand if you were trying to purchase from the seller, then yes, it would be relevant to discuss various price points from other vendors. That can also be done via PM to avoid potential thread crappers, such as yourself.
