Yes they went to expo last year with the Tacoma, and TRD engineers personally installed the supercharger on their Taco, and then they went and did some trails with the TRD Pro's.

So that air compressor bracket...
Edit: I contacted Dark Horse, that bracket would be $350 to duplicate(for the ARB twin compressor) however there could be a price break if anyone more than me is interested.

If you're asking for low-volume, custom products, the labor will always drive up the price. I agree though, $350 is a lot of money for the end product.

I think I could build those for about $100 each in bare metal - maybe $125-150 powder coated if we had say 10 orders. Is there enough demand? Probably $200 ish for bare aluminum or stainless.
Just FYI - Dark Horse does $100k+ custom cars. This probably isn't a high priority product for them.
Edit: I'm not offering them for sale yet - just tossing out the idea at this point, but I'll get a better cost figure in the next couple days.

Not trying to take anything away from @ Jetboy (actually it may be the same person I don't know) but not long ago there was a e-mail posted by a member for a guy that made a bracket for his Twin ARB mounted in that same spot. I went ahead and purchased the bracket for $110, black paint, shipped within a few days but I think he had already made a couple up while making the jig. Anyways just another option but I would have no issues going with [MENTION=118321]Jetboy[/MENTION] as seeing what he has done on his 4runner I am sure the work would be quality and price is inline with this option.
Edit: I somehow missed [MENTION=125603]bandi[/MENTION] post a page back, judging by the fact that that bracket looks identical I assume he is the contact for these. I only worked through e-mail so I didn't have a forum name before.

Did anyone else notice how they stated they were granted permission from Toyota to make the necessary additions for the journey ahead.
So, it sounds like they don't own the vehicles and that they probably had to work closely with Toyota with what modifications were allowed...
Kind of surprised they stuck with the stock front bumper... I bet that was a constraint Toyota put on them.

If someone's already making them id buy from them. I'm not a fabricator in my day job so this would just be a side project. Id only do it because I have a press brake and could whip a few out and nd no one else is doing it. If someone's building them I don't need to

I'm guessing Toyota had a number of conditions before giving them the 4Runners. I too was surprised that they kept the stock bumpers. They have offroad bumpers on their other vehicles. Toyota probably didn't want them to change the look of the trucks too much from the front.

Speaking of which, I have been out of the loop. Is there a hidden winch mount for the 14+ yet like the one in the video. Would like to add the winch there without adding a steal bumper yet.

I think if you google HWMS they have one.
