Been a Toyota owner for 20yrs. Started with pickups and then got hooked on 4runners. Very first was a 86 which I lost on a hill after 3 and 1/2 tumbles. Second was a 87 and it was sitting in my driveway for the last 4 yrs after I blew the head gasket and haven't had the time to work on it. It left on a trailer last weekend, unfortunately. Just hated to see it rot out there.
And last night I parked a 99 3.4L SR5 in the driveway. Gonna do the deck plate and ISR mod and get a True Flow air filter. Replace interior lights with LEDs, stock light are too dim IMO. Then hopefully I'll be able to pick up another 1st gen for wheeling.
Might do a few mods to the 99 so that I can go play with the boys once in a while.
