New Front Bumper

I had a lil fender bender a while back (my poor baby) but i was wondering if anyone knew how hard it would be the replace the bumper myself. I found a new chrome one for $105 rather pay that then a lot more at an auto body shop. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know what to do. Thanx!

Bumper covers are pretty easy to replace. It's usually just a few bolts/clips under the hood and underneath the car with a few screws in the fenderwell, assuming the front bumper. I've never taken my 4Runner apart, but I've taken quite a few bumpers off other cars and they weren't all that difficult. Maybe someone who has taken one off a 3rd-gen will give you more insight.
