"New Grease for the Solid axle"

Wow

I don't want the ingredients.
I want the name, so the specifications can be looked into.
Your crappy repackaging of a gallon of crap in old coolant bottles and trans fluid bottles, with stickers falling off, is no form of info at all.

Your pictures of knuckle balls leaking all over the place sure is some info though.
You defending it and saying it's supposed to be that way is some more info.

Neither is the info I want.

Post up the name of the stuff, frank.
It's all you got.

Old coolant bottles, ???? Wow F style Jugs rated for such a liquid from U line

Wow, and sure I put the smaller samples in used tranny quarts, and the sticker came off,,
Wow is that all you got, boy your desperate !! so no more little boy grease bombs, Just the larger gallon brand spanking new Jug from U-line,

And sure to be a smart ass I stuck a #1 grade grease for longfield to compare RCV #1 grease in a BEER Can,

Whatever, dont matter what the grease bomb is contained in, Fat Man or little boys when they hit, its all over,

Not very well,

Just explaining your piss-poor business practices.

Brand spanking new Jugs Rixxer, your stating I used old Coolant jugs, completely fabricating slanderous statements,

Not explain it very well @ all Rixxer,

what you are explaining perfectly clear is that you have nothing to defend Toyota sales,

So you nit pick, and totally make up stuff, used Coolant jugs, Wow,

Completely fabricated?
Like all YOUR claims you mean?
I got a sample of your crap that was in a used transmission fluid bottle.

So did other people:

So why would anyone think the gallon jugs are anything else?
Because YOU say so?
You won't believe anyone else, even WITH proof, why would anyone believe YOU?

Gift horse

So not a good idea to send smaller samples in the used tranny quarts, well worked fine enough for getting it to you,
Those samples where hand delivered to the given location, if you got one, then you know your in trouble,

And why you still continue the exit counseling, looking the gift horse in the mouth,
If you actually buy the goop comes in a nice brand spanking new Jug, that a pump will screw right on to,

So Stinking what the stickers fell off, and the jugs seeped a bit, just samples, trying to save a bit, its not like I have a ton of money to invest in your deprogramming Rixxer,

Wasn't delivered to me.
I know people.

Why would I buy your stuff, when by your own description, it is LESS effective for my purposes, than cheap stuff I can buy at just about any parts store?

I have NO use for your grease frank. NONE.

I know people, and did the tell you or show you, have you actually seen it Rixxer ?

Or are you still just in FU mode as you like to say,,

Whatever happened to it ?

Yes I've seen it, I have it. It sits on my bench, I show it to people when we get on the subject of your lunacy.

Classic,

Yes I've seen it, I have it. It sits on my bench, I show it to people when we get on the subject of your lunacy.

Cool, Rixxer, Now there are two types of people you will notice when you show them that grease,

Some will look @ it with disgust and cringe,

Others however will stick their finger in it and sometimes smell it,

As it has gone for me the "Lunatics" that stick the finger in it, know about grease, or have a good understanding of such things,

Just a observation I have made,

Give it a try, or have you noticed this ? I am pretty sure you stuck your finger in it, and gave it a whiff, put it to the test, and Cool, as soon as that little grease bomb finds its way into a axle, and you see that #1 it dont leak, (more than Class #1) then we would have made a positive step,

Well actually you know about the test in the newer Jeep Dana axle, so far so good, as of last I heard,

Very good Rixxer Very Good,

Lunar

Lunar hypothesis

In a 1999 Journal of Affective Disorders article, a hypothesis was suggested indicating that the phase of the moon may in the past have had an effect on bipolar patients by providing light during nights which would otherwise have been dark,

Good Word Rixxer, yep thats me a "Lunatic" providing light in your dark world,

Following that theme Quite well, Et lux in Tenebris,

Yes Rixxer good work, coming along quite well, :thanks:

There are 16 pages, a whole lot of back and forth... but aside from wasting people's time, server space, bandwidth, what have we established?

Need help.

There are 16 pages, a whole lot of back and forth... but aside from wasting people's time, server space, bandwidth, what have we established?

Well need some help, I got this here goop that goes in this axle, put in there from production,

This is my position,

A correct fluid grease,

Rix believes it to be Axle seal failure causing this goop,

So need some help, I am going to E mail Kurt Again and see if he can shed some light of what this is, because he knows about it, Mentions if a shop knows what they are doing will use a correct fluid grease that last for 30 years,

Maybee he knows what it is ??? then Rixxer dont have to sign, Kurt can just tell him,

Because as Rixxer knows, I have searched, for any and all details about this stuff, and presented him with all that I have found, as well as this "Proprietary" goop,

Now Rix read this very carefully

a little more info
Here is a discription I found on line ,

Show all Base Oils, Oil Additives and Specialty Fluids Manufacturers
About Base Oils, Oil Additives and Specialty Fluids
Base oils, oil additives, and specialty fluids are specialty and proprietary base oils and fluids related to lubricants, coolants, thermal oils, greases, metal working fluids and other application- specific fluids. They have a unique composition or tailored compounding suited for specialized applications. Base oils, oil additives, and special fluids can cling to surfaces better than other industrial oils and deliver both lubrication and protection. Base oil is the oil used in oil formulas before additives are introduced. Base oils, oil additives, and specialty fluids are used to provide protection for four-wheel drive steering knuckles, spring shackles, and other components operating in high-load, low-speed conditions.

Now I forget where I found this, but it sums up the situation very well that I have been trying to explain to Rix for over a year now,

This is a application specific fluid, has a unique composition suited for specialized application and the example they use for this application specific proprietary fluid is to provide protection for four wheel drive steering knuckles,,,

So you think Toyota does not know this ? and put a little "Fill plug" on the bloody thing for inspection only ???

So I will send this on to Kurt , because he knows about it, worked on hundreds of these axles, so maybee he can splain some things and we can get to the bottom of it,

So far, we have established that the best way to purchase grease is by sticking your finger in it and giving it "a whiff".

In my younger days I picked girlfriends this way too.

Seriously though, what we have established is that we tolerate obvious vendors not only repetitively spamming this forum with at best "covert" advertising, but we also tolerate the same vendors taking open shots at our vehicles and the company that made them

Yep I dont know, seems to be the determining factor You see I have gone to various shops, talked to all kinds of folks, about grease in the process of researching this, and yep that is the common theme, I can tell right of the bat if I am going to have a good conversation about grease and whatnot,

The ones that stick the finger in it and whiff, as far as it working the same as finding a SO, rather vulgar comparison but still I see your point,
