New guy from No-Va

I thought I'dproperly introduce myself tothis awsome forum website, since I came accross it in the past week.

My name is Jason or everyone calls me Knightrider on the other forum sites Im a member of, because of my black on black, blacked out 07 Honda CBR 600RR. Well anyways Im not new to forums nor T4R. But Iam on here.

A few things about me I just purchased a 2006 T4R V8 Sport Edition. I also have a 1998 SR5 3.4L 4X4 T4R. I am in the process of learning about my 4 gen. I must say since I purchased my 98 a few years ago, I have been hooked on T4R's.

I dont have any mods done to my 06 since I just purchased it a week ago but there will be. As for my 98 here are a few mods I have done to it, I havent done any major mechanical upgrades but now that I have another car to use as a daily there will be some major modding to the 98 this summer. As for the 98 I have a cold air intake. Then here is my stereo set-up in the 98.

Yes we can ride set something up for riding specially with this crazy warm/cold weather were having...I really want it to snow though so I can try my 4WD never had 4wd.
 
Welcome to the forums from a fellow Virginian! I live in Virginia Beach and I introduced myself to 4Runnersport07...like I told him earlier, if you ever take a trip down to Virginia Beach for a short vacation, hit me up! We can get together & have a beer or two. I also golf if you like to play golf! I would have to get up with you too on mods as I'm not experienced but would love to learn how to mod stuff with you! (no homo)


BTW 4RunnerSport07...I think what he meant by modding is that it is the process of adding modifications to your vehicle aka...modding ! Haha



edit; HOLY CRAP AT YOUR SOUND SYSTEM INSTALL! I used to have a '99 3rd gen 4Runner, a silver one but your set up is definitely badass! Wanna help me cover my vehicle with dymat? :D :D :D

Have you seen a '99 Silver metallic with limo tint / led tail lights with a personalized plates (GOHOK - Virginia Tech plates) around VB? I don't think I've seen yours around yet but I'll keep a look out for it! I have a new 4Runner though, I have a '04 4th generation white with limo tint in the back & 20% front windows with the same personalized plates

hmmm im not sure if ive seen either one. any pics? i work in va beach and live in ches.

When I saw the Beast online...I just had to come down and look at it in person. It was like love at first sight for me! The next day me and my dad went down to the dealership and scooped it up. I really wish I had kept the Beast so I could restore it in the future. Too bad my dad forced me to release the title :( The Beast was absolutely stunning in every way and I will miss it very much.
 
Yup, I drive a 2WD white 4th generation unfortunately. My dad lives in India because he's on an international assignment for few years so he had the bank issue me a certified check where I went out and bought a truck myself. I couldn't find a 4WD or a 3rd gen with low mileage & my dad gave me a short timeframe to buy a new vehicle so I decided to go with the white 4th gen! It's pretty sick that your 4R is still runnin' strong after hittin' that 300k range though!! Toyota is awesome
 
haha damn right!! take care of your **** and it will last! I DO eventually plan to do a motor swap...would love to have a turbo again :hungry: but until then im gonna lift/tires/wheels and a few other goodies and ride her out with what she has left :driving:
where do you usually hang out at?
