Hey everyone, New bro here, I'm picking up a new to me t4r on friday! I'd say it has pretty high mileage with 262,xxx but for the price I got it for I just couldn't pass it up ($2800). It had little to no rust under the body, 3.4 V6, Rear diff locker and since the original seats looked pretty rough the guy told us he'd pay for new seats if we found some so we pulled these seats from a 99 so now I have the headrest holder on the rear seats Here are some pictures of the ride with a couple nick nacks I picked up from the a salvage yard and from a couple stores around my area. Oh yeah this salvage yard was amazing, it had close to 15 or 20 3rd gen 4runners! I was in heaven, I'll probably be going back in the next couple weeks to get a 99 center console, rear tow hitch, 99-up headlights, 01-02 grill and maybe a few other things.

Well I've already learned a lot from just the few days I've been a member here, plan on swapping the radiator and installing the b&m tranny cooler in the next week or so. Looking forward to getting to know everyone and learning to be self reliant when it comes to my t4r! Everyone have a great evening.

They have two different locations, closest one to my house is around an hour away and the further on hour and a half max. So I feel quite lucky, like I said, I should be going there this weekend or next. Just need to sell some parts in my garage to scoop up some odds and ends.

No problem, that place is great! Great prices too! These are the things I scooped up.

-99 Front and Rear Leather seats with one tiny hole-$325(only thing I could find on ebay was a cloth drivers seat for $199 buy now, no auction.

-Rear spoiler/air deflector-$25

-Rear cargo cover in great shape-$30

I got quoted these prices and they pull them in the included price!

99-up headlights-$50
Oem Tow hitch-$100(I think I can talk them down on that one)
99-up center console-$50

Here's a picture of the rain guards and some other things I finished up. Sorry about the rain guard picture, I took three but for some reason the others weren't loading.

Freshly painted and mounted spoiler/air deflector(mine didn't come with one)

Trd Stickers came in the mail today, not sure if I like them yet. They might have to grow on me or I might just peel off the red outlining.

Toytec lift, Wheels and tires, L.E.D. tails, tint, possibly a brush guard or some sort of steel bumper with a winch mount. Let me keep counting my pennies haha.

Thanks man, I ended up just smoking the turn signals and bumper lights. As for trails, nothing around me that's not private property, I want to look into a trail/ camping thing around me, some where I can just pull off the trail and go camping. Nice 4runnner you got yourself, any plans for it?

i have xreas in my 4runner so im still trying to find the best setup keeping the xreas suspension. i think im going to get the daystar 2.5/1.5 but im going to do a bit more research before i get it. i am likely going to get a lift in the spring or summer next year. if you find anywhere to offroad let me know, i have yet to find anything

Definitely man, always looking for some places to wheel. I'm most likely ordering the OME lift this weekend or next, pretty stoked about that!

New updates!

I recently did a few things and got a couple goodies, I tinted the front turn signals and front corner lights, changed the color of the clock as well as fixing it because it wasn't working to begin with, plasti dipped the rear and side emblems, also did a partial L.E.D. upgrade. Check out the pictures.

Center console hinges were broken so I just ghetto rigged it with some $2 cabinet hinges from home depot:

Hoping to get an OME lift this week or next, sad a I missed the 10% off deal. I definitely will be getting the UltraGauge, sucks the 96-98 doesn't support the trans temp, also getting the tranny cooler and possibly new KYE/Koyo rad. Hope everyone had a great holiday!
