I also like the white lettering out, but thought it a lot of trouble keeping it looking good. Seems to get scuffed pretty quick especially on rocks when wheeling.

Are those stock big BFG ATs? Do you have any spacers or a lift on your 4runner? Noticing any rub? Are those C or E rated? I so badly want to put new tires on my TE.

They are stock size 265/70/17. I went with C rated tires as D/E seems overkill for 4runner. No rubbing.

The BFG's white letter out will be my next tire for 4 runner. I have always ran BFG'S on all trucks and SUV's. As of now I am running them on my 08 Tundra. I couldn't ask for better tire. The Tundra is heavy and I should get 40,000 miles out them before replacing with new ones. The white letter out to me just looks clean but I will admit it does take some work to keep them looking good!

I have thought about maybe doing a grappler 2 tires as the patterns appear to be somewhat the same. Then I remember the old saying stay with the one who brought you and your want go wrong! So now I am kicking around the idea of either keeping my current tires and putting some miles on them or just saying the heck with it and go ahead and change them out and sale the tires that came with my SR5? Only time will tell. I have to get my butt in gear and get leveling kit, running boards etc... Before anything else.
