06+ has the infamous hump that everybody craves for...lol!

Mine is an aftermarket spoiler that a lot dealerships offer for the 4Runners.

You gotta love the spolier and led add ons. I have done both myself. I think it makes the rearend look alot better. Please let me know how the leveling kit works out it is the next item on my list!

I though all 06+ came with the hump spoiler but I've actually seen quite a few 06,07,08 with no hump spoilers
Anyways I had a regular spoiler but i love my humps on my new spoiler

Actually, the 03 & 04 4Runners came with the humpless rear spoiler. The '05 models were the first year of the "hump" spoilers. The only OEM 4Runners since the '05 model year without the "hump" spoiler is the Urban Runner, which returned to the same spoiler that came on the '03 and '04 models.

If anyone sees an '05 or newer 4Runner with a spoiler that does not have the hump, then it's an aftermarket spoiler, probably the one sold by spoiler depot. Or it could be someone who purchased an '03/'04 factory spoiler and installed it later on.

I tried to order the OEM factory Spoiler from Toyota but they wanted $1500cdn and it was going to take a few weeks because its coming directly Toyota of Japan.

I actually like the aftermarket one better. First of all, I never liked the "hump" spoiler because it has too much of a bulky look to it. I always preferred the clean design of the '03 and '04 spoiler. I was happy to see that Toyota brought it back for the Urban Runner. But the aftermarket spoiler sold by Spoiler Depot looks really good because it doesn't have the hump and the LED brake light is sleeker than the OEM spoiler.

If I bought a new 4Runner with a hump spoiler, I'd probably take it off and replace it with a Spoiler Depot spoiler. I wonder if it would be a direct bolt on, using the same holes as the OEM spoiler. Does anyone know?
