New To Me 2000 SR5 [PICS]

First, thanks to everyone for the responses to my posts this past week. After my son totaled my '97 SR5 a week ago today, I thought it might take a LONG time to find a suitable replacement. I had also posted about a rusty rear diff on a candidate I found in Topeka... so glad I didn't go for that since today I found a great deal. I should thank the sales guy in Topeka for never returning my emails/calls.

I bought a 2000 SR5 with 150k on the odometer. It had some front end damage at one point in it's life, but after a thorough inspection of everything I was satisfied with the structural and mechanical integrity. I picked it up for $5,500. Cosmetically it looks pretty good. It's missing the front part of a running board on the passenger side, and also has a black side view mirror on that side. Other than that, it's got the typical minor cosmetic blemishes you would expect on an 18 year old vehicle and needs a radio.

I'm attaching a couple pics, including the rusty rear diff for comparison to what I bought.

funny... i didn't realize this post was the same guy (you) that had posted the rusty diff earlier. when i saw the pic of your new under carriage is so nice, first thing i thought of was that other guy that was thinking about buying that rusty diff truck lol.
