new to T4R.org - bull bars , side steps 7 PIAA lights

Hi everyone, I just bought my 3rd 4Runner, a 2012 SR5 up here in Canada. I have been on owning 4Runners since 1998. This is my 3rd one.

I would like to know what is the best value for bull bar and adding side steps and PIAA lights. I would like it call chrome so that it is still classy enough to pickup customers and do business downtown.

I looked at both: U-Guard Quality Truck and SUV Accessories
PIAA Fog Lights, PIAA 520 Series Light Kit

but I am not sure the u-guard bull bar will fit the 2012 4Runner. Any suggestions ?
