And new to 4Runners, its only been a week and I really enjoy driving it and having the extra space :)

I have a couple of questions, Can the sliding cargo tray be purchased and installed? I do not have a third row seat option just the normal cargo area

I noticed that the carpeting in the cargo area is black but the carpet on the back of the rear seats is charcoal gray, is this normal?

I don't think there's an accessory "kit" to purchase and install the sliding tray, but the sliding cargo tray can be purchased separately in the sense that you can go to your parts counter and order every single piece you need to make it work in the back of your 4runner (or keep any eye out for someone removing their's). However, I am not sure about if your body would have the appropriate threads to bolt it to. Here are some pictures of [MENTION=8206]harper7[/MENTION] removing his, mabye you can take a peek under your cargo area to see if you might have all the necessary holes to mount it to: http://www.toyota-4runner.org/5th-gen-t4rs/60105-removed-rear-sliding-tray-5th-gen-limited.html

The carpet color difference sounds normal to me, I think the seat backs in mine have a slightly lighter colored material than the rest of the black interior carpeting.

Here are some tips to enjoy your stay here:
1) don't ask about installing 4x4 emblems
2) don't ever ever ever ask about KDSS vs non-KDSS
3) search using: www.toyota-4runner.org/off-topic/11...far-more-accurately-than-standard-method.html
