I recently got my Xtreme HID H11 lights from KBCarstuff and wanted to share my install and opinions. I was told these are updated with slimmer and better ballasts. I used 4RunnerRon's tips from http://www.toyota-4runner.org/accessories/16283-hid-install-2006-4ruunner.html and it was a pretty easy process. Once opening the box and figuring out what goes where it took me about 2 hours to complete the install. Install pics below.

2 bulbs, 2 ballast and ignitors, 2 relays instead of 1 from 4RunnerRon's post so you don't have to piggy back the relays and tape up one of the factory connectors, few tie straps, stickers. It also included a pair of kevlar or silicone dipped mechanics gloves but didn't get a pic of it.
It took awhile to figure out how the system works but basically the factory bulb connector goes to the relay > ballast > ignitor > HID bulb. Relay is the only thing that also goes to the battery and ground. One thing I didn't understand was why the bulb had 2 connectors in the grommet. I only used 1 of them and also I didn't see where the water tight grommet would fits so I just ended up cutting it off.
Here are few shots of the passenger side. You can see where I mounted the ballast, ignitor, and the relay. I tried to tie the wires to look factory as possible but my failed attempt at trying to be an installer didn't work out too well, lol.
After taking the plastic cover off the radiator as 4RunnerRon I also took these clips off to loosen the wires and decided to tie the wires back to the battery to them.
Here are the driver's side. Looks kinda messy but you can't see any of the wires once the battery is back in.
The lights are very very white. It doesn't look all that bright at first but what I did notice was the increased visibility of the signs and reflectors on the road. No one flashed the highlights yet so that's another plus. I'm not too sure if HID lights have a break-in period but I had them for about a week and the lights seem to be getting brighter. I wasted so much money buying bulbs from PIAA and Silverstars I wish I bought a HID kit earlier. If anyone needs help with the install I'd be glad to help. If I had to do the install over again I think I can do it in half the time.
The weather has been pretty crappy here in Honolulu lately so I haven't had a chance to take a nice shot that really shows off the lights yet. I will update in few days with some night shots.
