Been looking at a new LE with the 3rd row and can't seem to get the right price. Anyway, I stumbled upon a 2011 LE with 3rd row,JBL, running boards, and pref pkg for $37,707. It has 8900 miles on it. Small scuff on the front bumper that the dealer said they will take care of. A new one was around 42,300. I think it's a good deal but not sure. Any thoughts??

Is it a certified used? If so, get it. 2.9% interest, same warranty, and already taken the bulk of the value drop.

I got my 2011 w/o the 3rd seats for about $39.6k brand new. I'd say that's a lousy deal.

Run some numbers on truecar.com to price check the $42.3K. You should be able to negotiate that number down some assuming it does not include tax title license.
