Newbie in Hampton Roads VA

So I've had my '07 V8 4Runner for about 4 years now and I'm getting its first mods done this week. (2.5/2 lift, wheels, BFG's) Not because I'm not interested in modding, probly because I know so little about everything. Pretty indecisive. If anyone's familiar with the Hampton Roads area and good shops/off road spots let me know! Or if you just have advice on where to start building your 4R. Looking forward to building this thing!
