Newbie ???

Hello,

Have had my 1999 SR5 highlander for a week now and am loving it, slowing fixing up what needs to be done.. Ran into a little dilemma tonight and am trying to figure it out. Noticed that the side marker lights and the parking lights do not work , everything else is fine, headlights work, fog light works, the orange lights on the lower fascia works when using the blinker but not on their own, the side marker lights don't work at all.... I replaced the bulbs in the side markers to no avail, also checked the fuse box and couldn't figure out which ones the lights in question runs off as I don't have a owners manual and the print on the box is faded.... Help!!!

What could it be and what can I do?

get a multimeter and test continuity over the fuses. Dont need to pull them out, just use the metal dots on the top.
