Newer Nav to replace my 04

I have posted a few times on this topic an got no response. I really want to add Sat radio and maybe ipod control while keeping the factory backup camera an clean look.

Would a new head unit from an 08 or so that has the sat radio feature work with existing 04 nav setup? Looking for just plug an play. My radio does not have the features I need and add-ons are an issue.

I want to take out my nav head unit and drop in a newer version without issue. Will it work?

i am by no means an expert on the topic but i just had the JVC NT-50 installed this summer and i love it! has full iPod control with iheartradio capability. i have the factory steering wheel controls and they work just fine with it so i would think that the factory backup camera would be fine. good luck and let me know if you have any more questions and if i can answer them i will for sure!
